The website and app were down or running slowly three times today. The first was fixed in 50 minutes from 15:42 UTC, but customers may still experience impacts for a few hours due to caches. A recurrence started at 17:45 UTC and lasted around 120 minutes. The third one started at 20:10 UTC, with intermittent accessibility effects. Our cards operation was not directly impacted but customers who needed to verify transactions on their apps may have been affected. Our team implemented a fix and the service is back to normal
