Today, between 7.40 - 16.25 GMT, we experienced a system outage.
The outage affected all components of our platform including website, mobile apps, APIs and cards. During the initial period of the outage the affected components were fully or partially disabled. The root cause of the incident was a network issue with Amazon Web Services which has now been resolved. Our systems are back to normal.

Our debit card is no longer affected by the technical issue and can be used for physical transactions as well as for online purchases.
